Stacking The Shelves #4

Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks! Click on the photo above to find out more about STS.

It's already April! Time flies so fast as they say and my TBR pile is also flying, no, growing! I don't know what to read first. ARGH. Anyway, I am so thankful last February because I won lots of books. I think the love month is my lucky month this year. But I can't conclude that because we're not yet in the half of the year so I expect more books to reside on my shelf.

I know you guys have heard of Love Hurts but I just want to share the names of the contributors!: Maureen Johnson, Catherine Johnson, Philip Pullman, James Dawson, Jenny Downham, Patrick Ness, E. Lockhart, Lauren Myracle, Laura Dockrill, Gayle Forman, Markus Zusak, Susie Day, David Levithan and Lauren Kate. I can die reading their names right now! But DANG NO! I still have to read all of this! Ha.

Thank you to AllBookedUpYA, Head of Zeus, Gina Ciocca, Katie M. Stout, Lauren Gibaldi, J.A. Buckle, and Kara of Great Imaginations!

Thank you also to the publishers who approved my requests on Netgalley: Hachette Children's Books, Orchard Books, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Children's Book Group, Random House Children’s Publishers UK, Corgi Childrens, Capstone Young Readers, and Switch Press.

I am still waiting for the other finished and ARCs I won. *Loud sigh.* I am hoping I would not pay for the customs fee for every book that I got.

How about you? What books have you added to your shelf?

  2. Looks like you have some good books here! I really would like to read Red Queen myself, so I can't help be a little bit envious there! I have read Love Hurts and I was a bit disappointed by the lack of original stories in there, but it was good to try a bit of each authors writing in the end!

    1. Awww! That's sad to hear that they lack originality on Love Hurts. You should check out Red Queen. I heard good reviews of it so I'm kinda excited on reading it. ;D

  5. I'm not familiar with these titles except for Red Queen which I think you have read already based on your twitter profile. LOL. I bought that book recently too but I can't manage to finish it yet. It reminds me a lot of The Selection (which I now know that it's intentional) and I really don't like that series (The Selection) at all. So I have to put it on hold for now. Maybe I'll read it again when book two is out.

    1. I hope you can finish Red Queen soon. Nope, I have not read it (RQ) through. Just skimming so I would get some thrill. ;D I have not read any book from The Selection series. I have been interested to read it tho I lost the interest. It has too many books and I cannot read that many. I just love the covers. It's fascinating to have. <3
